You are not alone!

In times like we experience now, we have even more burden and responsibility thrust upon us. We need to be strong not just for ourselves but especially also for those, whom we love and for all, who depend on us. It is in times like this, where we have the chance to thrive. By supporting others with the gifts we have, we are at the same time growing beyond our limitations. By listening to the worries and concerns of others, by evaluating facts, we also gain strength and trust in our instincts and abilities and our capacity to make a difference. Helping others selflessly, nurturing their soul, body and mind, helps us to stay attuned and in touch with reality and to the needs of society. I am very fortunate that I can draw on my three treasures: Faith, hope and love. I have learned in life that some events are often a combination or parallel occurring of Divine providence and man-made fate. Our conscience helps us to know and decide, what to do. May you all find peace and calm and strength in these trying times. They are no sudden events but there were warnings for a long time, which most chose to ignore. So, let's go to sleep with a word of thanks for all the good people and things in our lives, and wake up thanking God that we are granted yet another day to grow beyond ourselves and serve the truth and all that is meet and proper! We shall overcome! Shalom Chaverim! Peace be with you, Friends! Friede sei mit Euch! Countess Sigrid von Galen (Sigrid Gräfin von Galen)
Dear Friends!

I wish you a peaceful and strengthening time ahead in this new dimension of a worldwide development that is somewhat out of our control.

We must never surrender hope but try to grow with it and nurture it. It is often the small gestures that are most noble and priceless treasures of the human spirit.

Let's use this time to deepen and nurture friendships, take stock and be there to listen and to help.

Wherever you are, you are not alone!

Not even in isolation!

Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers!
