Hello from Haggerston: Back to School, from the Haggerston Kaleidoscope,

Today my neighbour and me picked up her little son from school. It is so heartwarming to witness the children being happily greeting each other, 

engaged in the small and the big discussions, and also excitedly talking, 

how they enjoyed  (or not) their school dinners. 

From my balcony it is so life-affirming and bringing back so many memories from my daughter's school days to hear the buzz in the school playground that had been quiet for so many months.

 It is the small things in life like this that make us smile the biggest.
