When the Heart speaks...,

When the heart speaks

I defend the man I love 

and who does bear our love's cross 

from all the evildoers, who wear 

secretly in the churches and elsewhere from the lurches

masks with beaks and 

who plot against us with their

utmost evil streaks.

When the heart speaks 

it breaks down with the truth and true love of the eternal souls of Adam and Eve all walls of imposed silence, 

and all plotters stand exposed with their fouls against a husband and wife joined by God secretly in a spirit most holy and pure.

From where I am standing true love 

and truth was, is and always will be for tying the knot the right cure, and to be safe from unwanted 

hunters of turtledoves the latter

renew their vows in the former's blind spot!

And leave behind a world of Sunday morning shows of fake piety, greed as creed and curses disguised as prayers by strayers, 

who put from the pulpit and pews with their death crews and sulphur breath a husband and wife in love to the slaughter in word, thought and deed, 

only because the man's beloved woman is some kind of famous bloke and roaring lion's granddaughter! 

Rhyme it yourself, ye readers

with a hidden bookshelf, whether my heart's book is fiction, poetry or indeed: reality.
