I thank my Maker!
Tonight my baking and blogging was cruelly interrupted by an exploding glass door in my gas cooker.

Needless to say that the pastries for my family were also destroyed, which has me seriously annoyed!
But I was lucky and thank my dear Lord that I stayed unharmed by the mass of glass and a flying handle.
Not the first weird accident in this house, I have to say.
