Former Pope denies as usual: Report on sexual abuse in key German Diocese makes Vatican strategies of Cover ups and Perpetrator culture visible,

Especially, when one knows that Ratzinger on his visit to the U.K. had a deal brokered by Schönborn with the Anglican Church (Holyrood agreement) to shelter each other's perpetrators,
 incl. paedophiles and combine the churches' inner fascist circles in the 'One Church' - 

the regroupings of these organised church crime circles are now actively sabotaging any efforts for justice by controlling, who in parishes holds the clearance for child protection. 

It is often those, who have a long track record within the churches and in the wider community via extended hidden dangerous associations 

and the infra structure of organised crime and fascism, who get access to children and records of vulnerable parents and manipulate situations on behalf of Ratzinger's cohorts to this very day.
